Alla fine di questo corso gli allievi avranno imparato a configurare e gestire un ambiente di messaggistica. Gli allievi impareranno a installare Exchange Server 2007 e a gestire routing, client access, backup e restore di database, nonchè a gestire indirizzi e caselle di posta, gruppi di distribuzione e contatti.

Prerequisiti
Non è necessario avere una precedente esperienza con Exchange Server.
E' invece necessario avere esperienza con i seguenti strumenti:
NTBackup command, NSLookup command, Windows Explorer, Microsoft Management Console (MMC), Active Directory Users and Computers, Active Directory Sites and Services, Internet Information Services (IIS) Admin, Outlook.
E' inoltre necessario possedere conoscenza lavorativa di:
- ambienti operativi Windows Server;
- tecnologie di rete;
- Active Directory;
- tecnologie e-mail.
Obiettivi
Al termine del corso gli allievi saranno in grado di:
- descrivere come Exchange e i servizi Active Directory lavorano insieme;
- installare Exchange Server 2007
- configurare il ruolo Mailbox
- gestire recipient
- gestire e-mail e liste di indirizzi
- gestire l'accesso dei client
- gestire il Message Transport
- gestire la disponibilità, il backup e il restore
- manutenere il sistema di messaggistica
