PRINCE2® (Projects IN Controlled Environments) è la metodologia di Project Management di maggiore successo nel mondo. E’ diventato de facto lo standard. Questo corso si rivolge a persone che lavorano, o che vorrebbero lavorare, per progetti. Il corso intende fornire le informazioni e la necessaria comprensione del Project Management, così come presentate da PRINCE2.
Alla fine del corso PRINCE2® Foundation 7th Edition gli allievi saranno in grado di utilizzare le conoscenze acquisite per gestire un progetto e per affrontare l’esame di certificazione Axelos PRINCE2 Foundation. L’esame è compreso nella quota di partecipazione al corso.

Il corso PRINCE2® Foundation + esame si rivolge a:
- coloro che stanno considerando l’adozione della metodologia PRINCE2;
- project manager;
- project team manager e leader;
- project coordinator;
- project support staff;
- project officer;
- consultant e contractor.
Per partecipare con profitto a questo corso non sono necessari prerequisiti. Può essere utile avere familiarità con i processi di IT Service Delivery.
Al termine del corso gli allievi saranno in grado di:
- comprendere i principi della metodologia PRINCE2;
- iniziare, controllare e chiudere un progetto;
- gestire la qualità di un progetto;
- gestire i rischi di un progetto;
- implementare un progetto nei tempi, controllando il budget;
- adattare PRINCE2 a differenti scenari progettuali.

Il materiale didattico e l’esame sono in lingua inglese.
Il corso ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support include:
- un manuale;
- un voucher esame
L’esame finale di certificazione compreso nel corso verrà erogato con l’ente certificatore PeopleCert in forma cartacea o On-Line via Web nel pomeriggio del terzo giorno del corso.
Durata di 90 minuti (113 minuti per chi non è madrelingua inglese), libro chiuso, 40 domande a scelta multipla, punteggio minimo per superare l’esame: 28/40 punti (70%).
Ad esame superato si otterrà la certificazione ITIL® 4 Specialist Create, Deliver & Support (ITIL4 CDS). Successivamente il partecipante potrà scaricare una copia del suo certificato dal Portale di PeopleCert.
